Despite the frigid 38° I craved something sweet and cold. Well, darn I finished off that B&J three days ago what was a girl to do? Plus I really needed a break from school...hmm
I had a 16 ounce bag of frozen organic strawberries and some pineapple juice. Well, its time to whip out that ice cream maker and make some sorbet.
So, I pulled out the trusty Cuisenart food processor. I stuck the whole bag of frozen strawberries, maybe 2 cups of pinapple juice, 3-4 teaspoonfuls of blonde coconut sugar, and a pinch of salt. *Note to self, next time use a blender

Okay so my pictures don't do justice. The color is a really pretty vibrant pink. It's pure unadulterated strawberry goodness. Jam packed full of vitamin c, vitamin b, fiber, and apparently magnanese.
