My first ranting: I am so darn tired!! Cumulative hours of sleep this week: 8  Why the madness? Because I am a chemistry major and p-chem is killing me! Today was our first exam and I managed to finish four of the ten pages in the one hour time frame I was given. That on top of advance organic, biochem II, labs, and a 30 hr workload. I am POOPED! Slight insomnia sucks too. I was supposed to finish my mechanisms for advance organic today but that didn't happen which means even more crap to finish tomorrow...

Did you ever wonder what is the point of going to college? So much money and time invested for a piece of paper which may or may not get me that awesome job I always dreamed of. Wait, what was my dream job?....
SO if any of you out there are chemistry majors, what route did you take? I'm thinking lab work?? Perhaps something in food research... two of my many loves. Chemistry and Food.

My current obsession however is french macaroons. They are so delish!! I bought the almond flour a couple of weeks ago from Whole Foods so I hope it is still good to use. I'm excited to see how they turn out, I'll have to post my outcome for you guys to see. I've done extensive research on making the perfect macaroon but I have never had great luck with perfection.
